125 is my weight goal. I keep my calories at 1200 and cant seem to drop any weight. Still stuck at 149! Any help would be much appreciated.

I have been eating 1200 calories a day and buring around 300 a day with exercise. I thought I had lost some weight but realized the scale at home was wrong- that I actually gained!
