^^ Sodium is a killer for my weight too, if you go over on sodium just drink lots of water to counteract it

I weigh everytyihg as well, it is so much faster to just weigh out a half cup instead of getting the measuring spoons out. It is a MUST

I keep my weights on an elevated surface, I find that it reduces my dizziness to get up slowly and have them already at arm level instead of picking them up from the floor.

This is really great advice. I like to make light party food, check out Hungry Gril's site http://www.hungry-girl.com/chew she makes light cocktails and great appetizers and you can just bring some along so you don't feel left out of the fun!

Cut it up and make a stir fry with some of the hamburger meat? Or you could make kind of a breakfast scramble if you have some eggs? If that doesn't sound good and you have some eggs, you could make an eggy potatoe salad?

I was thiking the same thing! I'm currently 169, started at 184 and have a first goal of 160 and will reevaluate when I get there. I think 140 would be my lowest, I'm pretty muscular.
