I find it difficult to eat all my daily calories when i'm exercising and find it easy when im not but if i don't eat enough, just the next day i can feel my body is more hungry and then i have to try not to overeat.

Hi I know exactly what u mean because when i started i found it difficult to get all the calories in somedays cause i was eating alot of veges/salad (trying to be heallthy) and i was feeling exhausted because my body was actually starving itself from not enough food, i also wasn't exercising.
