My plan is to be more positive and believe in myself. I need to conquer the mental aspect of it. I also fell off the wagon and today am back on. Like you I am pretty active but my biggest downfall is my diet. I'm bad at making healthy choices, but I'm learning and really trying. I don't really have the money to buy p90x right now but would love to sometime in the future maybe. I might look into local gyms just to have access to more weights and the equipment. The only weights I have at home are dumbbell hand weights.

Thank you for the suggestion, I wanna start lifting but really don't know where to begin. It's something I haven't really done and it intimidates me. Do I need to buy a bunch of equipment? Yep I would log it, it's like your warm up / cool down. Especially if you are going at a brisk pace I would for sure log it.

I'm also doing the c25k for the second time around right now. I will finish the c25k at the same time that I finish Insanity. I will then continue to run the 5k distance for a little while and eventually do the bridge to 10k. I really want to get T25 and Asylum also but don't have the extra money at the moment.

I'm not following the diet, but I'm counting calories on MFP. I'm also very very very dedicated to the program. I just finished day 37 which is the 2nd day of month 2.

I run 3 days a week and have been doing it along with Insanity. I do run on days that I do Insanity and sometimes it's tough to do both but other days I feel fine. Everyone is different but I don't feel like I am overworking myself at all. As a matter of fact I actually think Insanity is helping my running become faster…
