  • If you like fish.. Mahi Mahi 4.0 oz or one portion from the costco bag and you season it with Lawrys seasoning salt, pepper, and a old bay stick it in the oven 400degrees for 15min. Nice and moiste. Make it with either 2 cups of salad or 2 cups of steamed veggies. Very filling and very healthy!:happy:
