They use 3 lb weights in the video, so that's what I used. I found that some exercises I could have easily used 5 lbs, but I just stuck with 3 lbs for the three levels. My plan was to do it every day, but life got in the way and I probably missed 4 days total, here and there.

I recently bought a heart rate monitor with chest strap and LOVE it! I can tell you from my experience, when I do 30 mins elliptical I usually burn about 10 cals/min....so 300 cals total, give or take, depending on how fast I go. I am 5'6", 38 and 195 if that helps at all...

Check out the RESIST Weightless 2% BHA body treatment from the Paula's Choice website. It's helped my KP quite a bit....my arms are so smooth now....you just have to use it regularly.

Put your greens in first, then any additional fruits or veggies will help 'push' all the greens through the juicer.

My fave is plain Fage with honey, but if you want something with fruit in it, then Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurts have 6g sugar...not too bad.

I'm pretty sure they use 3lb weights in the video, so that's what I bought. There's no way i could do it with 10lb weights, even though I find 10 lbs easy for other exercises when i'm at the gym. I might buy some 5lb weights for the chest and back exercises and continue using the 3's for everything else. It's amazing how…
