Same issue. Very annoying. I uninstalled MFP and reinstalled it. Unlinked Apple, then relinked it. Nothing works.

I food prep on Sundays and say I make a soup recipe that is supposed to make 4 servings, I weigh it out evenly into 4 plastic containers. Very helpful for splitting recipes.

Make yourself some egg muffins....combine egg beaters with chopped veggies, cheese, whatever else you want. Bake in muffin cups. Then you can reheat them all week for a quick breakfast.

I actually just made these tonight: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/refrigerator-dill-pickles/detail.aspx I've made them 3-4 times now. They are very good and you can easily omit the small amount of sugar called for in the recipe.

quarter a head of cabbage and wrap in foil with things such as crushed garlic clove, butter/olive oil, bacon (depending on your caloric needs), then cook on outdoor grill. YUMMY.

Love having it in the mornings as an alternative to oatmeal. I make breakfast quinoa with milk, blueberries, maple syrup. YUM. Also love quinoa salads.

I got the Polar H7 a few months back and love it! I especially like that it's just the chest strap, and it links by bluetooth to my iphone, so I don't have to wear a watch (can't stand that when I'm sweaty!).

For me, it's almost right on. I keep notes with dates and projected weight. Of course I only note the days where i've eaten the exact right amount of calories that MFP gives me. If I've under- or over-eaten, then I don't note it, bc obviously those numbers will be off. When I first joined MFP I thought, there's no way…

Yes, they're high in sodium and are crammed full of processed crap, but my main issue with them is that for the amount of food you're getting (a few bites), they are not filling! For the same amount of calories, you could get so much more food making it yourself in batches ahead of time and not be hungry within an hour.…

RIght! I have the same issue. When it starts to happen, I start going backwards on the machine for a while, or I move my feet up to the very front of the pedals and put my toes on the little lip so that my weight is all on my heels.
