Sounds crazy, but I really want to try it :smile: My pick would be beef jerky or biltong. You can get ostrich biltong which is amazingly high protein and tasty too!

I love the chocolate flavour of Met-Rx Supreme Whey. You must use cold milk though, lukewarm (or just water) is not worth considering...

Definitely, I log everything I know I'm going to eat ahead of time rather than having to interrupt the day to do it! It's also nice knowing in advance how much slack there is to play with around all the set meals.

Good call! I just can't understand what anyone hopes to gain lifting a 1kg dumbbell which is barely providing any resistance at all! Lift what feels heavy to you and see some real results :)

Thought it was a bit funny and halfway interesting without showing my whole face, plus I wasn't sure of the etiquette of posting body pics on here - not to mention I'd be a bit self-conscious taking them!

Olives. Horrible horrible things, and they seem to always get snuck in as a "default" ingredient! Same for mayonnaise, which I also can't stand and often gets added to sandwiches automatically and missed off the description :(
