Am almost always single on Valentine's (likely including this year) - it's going to be a hectic day at work, but in the evening I plan to hit the gym for a heavy session - good place to avoid it all!

I did - even took my pull-up bar to my parents' house! The workout was a circuit of 5 pull-ups, 10 press-ups, and 15 bodyweight-only squats, with a 20 minute total time limit. Managed 15 rounds - I think I earned that turkey, stuffing, and Xmas pudding!

Tortillas shocked me - I suppose they're thin but dense! Fruit juice did also, which is a shame as a non-drinker - I would have several glasses on a night out instead of alcohol, but no longer :frown:

Normal salt is half sodium and half chlorine - the "lo-salt" replaces most/all of the sodium with potassium I believe.

If anyone is adding salt to food (because let's face it, it does taste good) - you can get low sodium salt, which at least mitigates it!

Thanks! I think it was mostly in the diet, I just got my fat so much lower the muscle that was there had no choice but to become more visible! Exercise-wise, maybe it was the pull-ups and dumbbell presses.

Didn't take a photo in Sept 2011 when I started, but it wouldn't have even been up to 2008 standard...now at 10-ish% body fat down from 25%. 6'4", 180lbs - dropped about 30lbs of fat in a year :smile:

Repairs can be very slow No squat or power racks, or even the one you use over a bench to rest barbells on.
