I tried BodyAttack today for the first time. I was sweating so much, lol. I had to switch to some of the options throughout the workout, but I'm proud of myself, that I at least attempted all of the exercises and didn't quit. I have about 20 lbs to go before reaching my stated weight, but I'm still using the same license I got when I turned 16. I pretty much look the same facial features wise. I probably should get a new one though since mine has the "Under 21" red box around my picture, yet I'm 24 years old, lol

This is my biggest struggle. Even though I know I am full, I keep eating just because the meal tastes good, or because I can't take it home (I hate throwing away food, even if I'm full). I am trying and so far it's been going good.

I remember wearing two bras back in middle/high school when I played soccer/tennis. It was so uncomfortable but I had no choice :(

That's the biggest pain for me (other than them being so heavy, lol) is that bras get more expensive the bigger you are. I only have one good sports bra :( I'm hoping to find somewhere to get some more for X-mas. I always imagine how much weight I would instantly lose with a breast reduction.

I do my weight training at the gym. I don't set certain days of the week for it, I just alternate the different machines on different days. I did that yesterday, hence the throwing out of the cookies, lol. I felt so horrible afterwards that I didn't even log them all because I was too scared of what it would show my totals to be.

Me too. I just threw away my favorite cookies I made last week (Pillsburry Funfetti) :( It was hard but I was always tempted to eat them because I knew they were there and I could never have just one. I made me feel a little better knowing I spent only $1 to make them. I know it will be harder when my sister comes home…

I'm In! I'm at 24 oz so far for today. The majority of my water is consumed with meals :) SW:186 GW by X-mas: 170 I pretty much consume water 90% of the time, and using a water bottle that holds 24 oz, is a great way for me to monitor my water intake. I'm in. I started exercising since Wednesday, but I am putting my start date at 10/16/11. I plan on doing my weigh-ins every Sunday. Looking forward to my first challenge!

I would like to know as well. I finished my day with a 218 calories remaining due to a 600 calorie workout, and I'm unsure about whether having remaining calories at the end of the day would throw off my goal timeframe
