I have rheumatoid arthritis as well, I walk when I can and I use the Tony Little Gazelle, surprisingly it does not jar my knees and I can usually go about 30 minutes, ( I had to work up to 30 minutes) I have a lot of trouble with the fatigue that comes with RA. Your post looks good to me. Keep on logging your food intake. It can be a slow process, but my Doctor says that losing the weight slow and steady is the way to keep it off. I have just started myself. Add me as a friend if you like. We can motivate and support each other.
