  • The diet part seems OK, and it is good that you are thinking about moderating. I.e. not eating too light of a dinner and binging. I have a question about your workout routine though.   • Added you. I just started, but am committed to active posting of work outs and food and have plenty of motivation and advice to share. I am looking for other friends with similar weight loss goals too (mine are to lose about 2 lbs a week and get from 206lbs to 180lbs.

They are intense workouts and although you will lose weight if you pair them with a healthy diet, they may be really tough in the beginning.
