  • YEP! Today was a chocolate abuse day for me. My new plan is to enter my food and exercise a day in advance, this way I will start my day with a plan. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start ! :)
  • I know the feeling! I have reduced the sodium, sugar and carbs - seems to help. Most important you need to eat, if you are not eating enough each day your body probably is going into survival mode, thus begins the yoyo diet. Also remember to switch you workouts daily.
