Idk...I ate about 1200 cals a day from 225 down to 125 and never went into this this starvaion mode you speak of. Lost 100 lbs in a year. Something is amiss. Are you drinking calories ie soda or some coffees, or alcohol or something that is passing under the rader???

My goals for this week are to not cheat on my eating and to do 60 mins of cardio at least 3 times this week. And to get to yoga on saturday. I would like to be 128 by the next weigh in

That is my low cal drink, rum and diet coke and Ive never been religious about logging. In my experience Ive never gained weight from alcohol. It's always the wings and other assorted goodies i munch on once the alcohol lowers my inhibitions. lol

Ive read a lot of place negative calories is a myth. That being said, you would have to eat a buttload of any of these foods to actually gain since they are vlc to begin with

MFP makes the protein goal rather low. I read from some fitness sites that as much as one gram per lb of body weight is best if you are exercising. But even at 130 and trying I never come close to getting130. I think in order to over do it you would really have to really put your mind to it. 3 grams over the MFP protein…

Yes, 25 sprays has 20 calories and I believe 2 grams of fat i too used to be rather heavy handed in my application and now I have all but cut it out as it is an undercover saboteur

Depends. I did Weight watcher for a long time so i have a fairly good concept of how things stack up caloriewise, however if something looks off I will go straight to restaurant website when available. As for exercise calories, my best advice is not to eat them back.

I also agree, having a tummytuck with the intent to have more kids is, at best, a waste of money and,at worst, outright dumb I have been around my goal for almost 2 years but since another baby is on the radar I have forgone my much needed tummytuck for now =)

ive taken to eating non breakfast food for breakfast...I love morningstar fake grilled chicken and their faux california turkey burgers are yummy. Plus working out in the morning all that protein is a big plus

Push through it for sure. Just remember to alternate the muscle groups you are working so you recover adequately. I alternate leg days and arms days but do cardio at least 3-5 days a week

Im a frap addict as well. I have limited myself to getting the tall and having them make it light. Works out to like 110 calories and i dont feel so guilty about that I quit smoking and gained 20 lbs. I have taken off 13 of it so far but it was definitly a bummer at the time
