this explains the eating back exercise calories pretty well

So excited to time my mile.. i haven't done that since high school.. I know the time will be bad but I'm looking forward to seeing it improve! Yesterday (Sunday) I got back on Couch to 5k plan.. nearly died... plus it was 91 degrees outside here so that didn't help matters.. it was discouraging but I'm just going to keep…

Honestly I try to convince myself it's not worth it, and then i distract myself with other things. If that doesnt work and I find myself picking that tasty little treat up, i might take one bite.. throw it in the trash & walk out of the room or find something else to think about. The other night at church, we had a dinner…

im curious to know this too, because ive really been thinking about investing in one!

start taking your measurements!! then u can really see a difference... plus you are used to looking at yourself in the mirror, its going to be harder for u to tell.

the last ten lbs are always the hardest to lose, but 1200 calories isn't a lot, and the bad thing about only eating 1200 calories is that the weight is more than likely to come back on unless u remain close to a 1200 calorie limit. Before I started losing weight I was eating anywhere from 2500-3000 calories a day... of…

thanks! it definitely made me feel like my hard work was paying off!

This is very true. You rarely even hear about how many calories they are eating.. like if its not done right, the weight will come back on, especially with some a quick, dramatic loss

Well, ive watched the show & I think it's kind of misleading, especially to the teens that the show is geared tward. People losing that much weight (one girl lost 90 lbs in 90 days) will have a hard time keeping that weight off, and it makes the viewer feel like they might be doing something wrong if they dont lose 10 lbs…

been thinkin about doing this myself.. I think I'm gonna start the C25K very soon!
-
My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs, drink more water and keep pushing myself at the gym.... Did 9 miles at the gym tday and I felt amazinggg! :)

Awesome!!! =)

Sounds great, I'm in! SW: 214, CW: 208, 3 month goal weight ... um lets shoot for 190

i LOVED it!! I lost inches like crazy while doing it... It really is a good investment. It's really tough but you are only doing it for like 25 minutes so it's not absolute torture. i did it for months and months and finally just got bored with it (not because of anything wrong with it, jus cuz i did it SOO much) but I do…
-
you look amazing!!
-
the chart looks awesome! im excited to weigh in on monday!
-
I do weigh myself a few times a week, but my official weigh ins are mondays so compare each Monday's weight to figure out how much I've really lost. I can't stay away from the scale because then i let things get out of control... That's how i gained the weight, is by not stepping on the scale enough

What a good motivation! I have a skirt and a shirt in my closet that I just can't make myself get rid of, now i know I'll be able to wear them someday soon!!

It's 2oz DRY

It didn't take me as long as i thought it would to get back into the working out routine. I'm staying focused and I've made losing this weight a big priority. i did good yesterday, stayed under calories & made it to the gym. The bad thing is I went to Sonic & got a chiller... after the gym lol. well I was halfway thru…
