Thank you! All I really have been doing is eating the right foods, as fresh as you can buy, along with some exercise. I don't eat little things people offer me unless its within my calorie range. Also have been sleeping a lot more, which really helps.

Oh, I know that's not going to get any easier from here, but hopefully a little more push and morning workout sessions will get me to where i need to be. I can't wait, no matter the push that has to be exerted. :) Thanks for the kind words!

I just finished W2D2, and I feel amazing once again! It's like a high that I cannot get off of. I kinda wanna amp it up tomorrow, just a smudge. Let's see where this takes me! :p

The protein will work as a a meal replacement, but I tend to eat a little salad along with it with some tea. Just finished W1 D3! I did it with the app this time and I feel amazing! I took a 15 minute walk before and then a 30 minute brisk walk after to deposit as much lactic acid as possible. I'm very happy, and I cannot wait to go tomorrow. :p

I practically live off fish and chicken breast! However, I am on a college budget, so the fish is only for special occasions/ or I buy some tilapia. I buy bone-in and skinned chicken breast.
