working out your will power muscle won't BURN calories exactly..... but it kicks *kitten* at preventing them from piling on.... and the high you get from knowing you are stronger is AWESOME

I used to know someone with that exact same belly..... oh wait.... it's ME!!!!!!! and if I can do it with no surgeries, no special diets and no trainers.... then dammit you can too.... you just have to put your head down and get it done... it' aint' gonna happen over night but if you stick to it, then it will happen....…

don't be surprised if you end up losing a little... sometimes your body needs that extra boost to reassure it'self that there isn't a famine going on and it's ok to loosen up on the fat stores..... don't make it a habit... cuz it quickly gets out of hand.... but it really does do you good to go over a little now and then :)

I was on 30 mg of citalopram when I first started my diet..... it didn't stall me in anyway that I know of..... but I don't believe it helped either... everyone is different and you need to monitor yourself and see how it goes... :flowerforyou:
