Sounds weird but I have a motivation picture on my background of my phone. I make sure I continue to drink plenty of water so I don't sway from my meal prep. I've learned that it's more of a mental game than anything.

I'd like to lose another 15lbs before my birthday in July.

Thank you everyone! My goal for the end of the year was to be finally back in the 150's. I'm cutting it close but this morning I weighed 161. :o)

I just wrote a huge post earlier about my weight loss. I'm 5'7 and I weighed 193lbs. Over the course of the last 8 months I've lost 31lbs. And the weight did NOT come off fast. It's been the most tedious annoying process, haha. But here are my photos. From April 2013 to December 2013.

One thing I'm most proud of; I didn't give in to any gimmicks or get-skinny-quick tricks. It's all hard work and diet.

Here's the progress vs the regression from the original house. I lucked out and my house was worth an amount that let me go about an extra 200xfeet larger than the original with a front porch and a larger back deck - with very little out of pocket. Very excited!

It's just been a process I wasn't expecting to go through at 24 years of age :x

Thank you! Mine didn't so much gut the house, just burnt the roof and the back of the house, by the time the smoke, fire, and water dmanage had been done - nothing was salvagable. It truely is a fresh start. I'm so sorry to hear about your house too, Julie! It's a tradegy I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. :(

I appreicate it everyone. It's not something that's very common with people I know at work, friends, ect.. I'll have to read that Wheat Belly book everyone is talking about.
