Here's the post I recieved on facebook:) Friends change your Facebook profile picture to a cartoon from your childhood and invite your friends to do the same. Until Monday (Dec.6) there should be no human faces on Facebook, but an invasion of memories.This is for violence against children

I used to dress up the fruit and veggies for example a pear cut in half as a mouses body a carrot sliced make great ears blue berries for the eyes and a peice of sliced pepper for the tail just one off the top of my head but my little guy liked the idea

before I started here I could care less about labels or calories. I am 30 years old would you beleive that I just realized 3 months ago that diet pop had 0 calories myself :noway: :laugh:

So did I :wink: I have no idea how to log it so I figure I'll have a light dinner get in a bit of exersize. Once in moderation won't hurt your long term goals it just a small pothole on the road of life:laugh:

sorry half a dozen raw eggs on my kicthen floor thanks to my 4 year old but i'm back mine came to 190 my cleaning today was mainly picking up toys, laundry ,vacuming and dishes

:laugh: I'd love to try that but I live in an apartment with a downstairs neighbour and I think my 13 year old would disown me even though he skipped around and walked on his tiptoes till he was 8:laugh:

I let my 4 year old ride on my shoulders when we go for a longer walk not too long however he's 55 pounds

wow that's a huge question you're asking there so let's see. I started this at 190 pounds didn't exersize, drank alot of pop, did'nt ever look at what I was eating calorie wise and hated cooking. Well now I don't drink pop anymore( after water i'm full),I make a point of doing something active every day, I wacth what I eat…

Ok just today I started a new job in my building cleaning up suites for the next tenants. Normally I wouldn't count housework are exersize but today took me 2 hours cleaning.. the fridge cuboard inside outside and doors( kicthen and bathroom) vacuming mopping floors(not big) sliding glass door and windows tub and bathroom…

I was paying $30 ( canadian funds) a day for an at home daycare without snacks and that seems to be about average around here anyway
