unless it's your car I don't think jumpstarts are a good idea personally. Healthy eating, exersize and time are what I've found works for me besides I can't imagine living off cabbage soup and i like cabbage

I have a wii fit but no heart rate monitor it's just not in my budget. What I do is log it in as usual but i will only eat half the calories it says i've burned. It works for me good luck

I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week but haven't done too much in the weights departrment. Do I do weights first then cardio or visa vesa? or just do 1 day cardio and one day weights?
