  • Try steel cut oats. You can cook them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge. Then just nuke them and eat. They will hold you over until your next meal.
  • Whey protein isolate! Get a good brand and one scoop will give around 20g of protein with minimal fat and carbs. Other options are fish, chicken and bison.

  • Well one of my hobbies is homebrewing beer so I have lots of it around. The good thing is I can give most of it away as no one turns down free beer. I do limit myself to one on nights I spin. I use it as a reward for a great workout.
