It is the only "ME" time I have and I can do this at 4:30 in the morning when my family is still sleeping. It is a stress reliever and a GREAT way to jump start the morning:) I LOVE to RUN!!!!

Try to do some interval training on your runs.....run faster for 2 minutes....slow down for 2 minutes and repeat. This might help bring some variety to your run and it also makes the time go by faster!
