  • I did this too and it gave me a frame of large and an ideal weight of 59 - 67 kg which is nuts as I'm only 1.61m tall (5'3) and got a wrist circumference of 14 cm and I know I'm a small frame. Make no sense :frown:
  • This for me was pretty bang on! At 161cm tall (5'3) and a 14cm (5") wrist it gave me a small frame size - which I already knew to be the case and an ideal weight of 50 - 56 kg which is exactly what I'm aiming for I'm currently at 57 kg and want to get down to 52 kg. Thanks for this!

  • Haha this thread made me laugh... As for world ending 21st December 2012, bless those little Mayans but I can't see it like previously posted they didn't incorporate leap years into their calender so if there was any truth in this then it would of happened ages ago but I can say it's more probable our tiny galaxy will…
  • Chedder cheese - normally Cathedral City mature lighter. Hot Pepper Sauce - Encona's one normally Rocket - I grow my own but occasionally I get bagged baby rocket salad from Sainsburys. • I'm 5'3 and currently at 126 lbs (I was at 131 when I started). My ideal weight would be 114lbs which is what I'm aiming for :)
  • I've designed a tattoo I want down my side starting from under the arm and trailing to the hip and once I'm toned and lost the few lbs I want to then I'm going to get it done, no point in getting it now I want to be able to show it off when it's all fresh. Also I stubbornly kept all the clothes that didn't fit as an…
  • Hmm I have 3 veggies that are my favourites most of the time... 1. Baked potato - I make it by rubbing it with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkling of salt and thyme over it, in the oven at 190 C for 25 minutes then drop it to 170 C and leave it for about an hour 15 minutes and it's deeeeeeeeeeelicious. 2. Rocket 3. Chilli…
  • I live in England too but I try and stay out of the sun especially with my uber pale skin, a few freckles across my cheekbones (They REALLY show up if I've been in the sun) red hair and greeny-blue eyes I just burn so I try and avoid it most of the time :)
  • For me it goes in the following order: 1. Superbock - A delicious Portuguese beer I discovered whilst there. 2. Coors Light - So refreshing. 3. Corona (always with a slice of lime) so yummy and refreshing. 4. Staropramen - A very yummy Prague beer I discovered in a pub in Zurich. 5. Bud 66 - Tasty and doesn't make me burp!…
  • Hey ya, I googled scallion pancakes and found a few you could make yourself you could check how much you're putting into them and work it out (and most of the time they'll taste better) and on the food network I found recipe for them with a yummy sounding ginger dipping sauce. Here's the recipe:…
  • Hey guys, I'm a lacto-ovo veggie too and actually a pretty good cook.... But just become REALLY lazy I blame my hubby for this. I used to experiment with different styles and flavours see what worked but he just says food is food and it just tastes the same. Shocking behaviour which I fear I may be picking up that awful…
  • Wow okay I don't have THAT many, got 3 different types of pepper sauce, I can usually get through a jar of jalapeños in perhaps a fortnight and usually about a week to get through a bag of birds eye ones (they're on the shopping list every week) people think I'm nuts for liking spicy foods and I have to remind them my view…
  • Hmm I eat spicy foods all the time, I have hot pepper sauce with 98% of my meals, jalapeños and chilli's I generally prefer to eat them raw. I've been eating spicy food for yeeeeeeears and it doesn't make me eat less but then I detest bland foods so I've probably killed off most of my taste buds. I have wonder if that's…
  • For me..... In order of addiction 1. Dr Pepper (I am addicted) 2. Marmite - although it's good for anyone with a B12 deficiency 3. Salt & Vinegar McCoys... Also the Mexican Chilli ones 4. Mojitos 5. Fox's Crunch Creams That's bad... Only 1 of my 5 top foods is actually good for me... Oh but it tastes deeeeeeeeeeeelicious…
  • I tend to weigh myself once a week, Sunday morning as soon as I'm out of bed - I try and do it the same time each week to get an average - that works best for me.
