Caffeine is not bad. Coffee can hurt your kidneys if you don't drink enough. But if you NEED it there a little dependency going on with or without headaches. Moderation is key.

This happened to me. B vitamins. Once your body starts getting something it was lacking it will say MORE PLEASE. Keep taking them enventually youlll get everything you need and it will calm down.

If your hungry try adding a fiber one bar. They add to the fiber which will help your body process the food better. just snack on it all day. Otherwise youll be really full. Don't forget the water. also eating dfferent foods aids in digestion and keeps the body guessing... sooo youll probably lose faster with variety.
