The important thing is that you are back and trying to take the weight off. Just take it one day at a time and you will succeed......you've proved you can do it. I have been struggling for 5 years but what's important is I don't give up. Good luck on your journey.....the results at the end are worth it.

Your first question should be do I trust her???? If you do then I wouldn't worry. Also if she starts a relationship with him then you are better off without her. She doesn't deserve you.

I seemed to have lost all of my "fitness pal" friends so I also need support and inspiration.

Watch your salt intake.......and stay at 1200 or less calories daily. With your exercise you should start seeing the weight come off.....good luck

Congratulations!!! You are an inspiration to many and I wish you continued success. I am having such a hard time losing weight. I had an injury so my motivation is low (continued back pain).

Hi Nat, I have been doing this since July. I have lost 19 lbs and I am still working...........I have another 67 lbs to go. Good luck with your journey and keep in sight how much better you will feel as well as how great you will look.

I'm up for the challenge............snacking after dinner is not my downfall it's the time before dinner. I just want to snack and the calories add up so quickly then eating dinner puts me over. It's a constant struggle.:sad:
