  • I really like the 30 Day Shred, it's got 3 levels, 20 min each. So if you only have time for 20 min....it's a quick work out. She does circuit training, 3 min. of strength, 2 min. of cardio and 1 min of abs. Then she repeats 3 x's. It's a total body work out. I have also done the Cardio Blast dvd. Love that one too. 30 min…
