I LOVE it. Great in burritos cooked with lime and cilantro, or as oatmeal with a little brown sugar. Also good as a base for saucy meals instead of rice. It's so ridiculously versatile, and takes on any flavors naturally :)

Eat some almost every day. Currently eating while writing this: Quinoa cooked with lime and cilantro 1 baked chicken tender .25 sliced avocado .5 chopped tomato Slice of red onion Spoon full of homemade tzatziki sauce I like them with eggs, with cottage cheese, on all sandwiches, etc. Delicious!

I've switched to vodka soda limes and whiskey on the rocks. Same can be done with tequila. Easy.

Enjoy Hair Mask is my favorite. I use it once or twice a week and it leaves my hair silky and light, and smells amazing. I've colored my hair for the past 10 years or so so I need the extra moisture and repair :)

I had this same problem. Increase your snacks to extra meals. 5 meals a day. Also, throw in whole eggs once in a while instead of just egg whites. Increase carbs with high fiber.... I make flaxseed bread. The fiber content is essentially the same as the carbs. Net is almost 0 carbs.

Perhaps try messing with nutrient ratios(protein to carbs to fats)? And boxing requires a lot of muscle strength, so you may be still converting, which makes tracking fat loss harder. It's hard to reeeeeally see what's going on without access to your diary ;)
