You look amazing! I'm doing 30DS 3-4 times per week - how many times did you do the entire 30DS to see these kind of results and did you do it everyday?

Thanks for this - at least someone sees the value in trying to share little tips that they have!

Invest in a higher quality green tea, sencha if you can. The tase of green tea is dependent on the brand (origin, variety, etc.) just like common black tea, but don't expect as much bitterness and strength from green tea. The reason I say invest in a better quality one is because I've had green tea that has tasted 'fishy'…

I think that people really misinterpret what other people post... I didn't realize how many people were so passionate about bacon but I thought I'd share a tip that allows me not to indulge in the foods that I have been told that are bad for me (from my doctor, nutritionists, diet and wellness books, etc.). Never have I…

Mine should be in my mailbox by today or tomorrow - I'd love to join... even if we aren't on the same day/level, I need a support group! Feel free to add me!

I guess I've had some really sh*tty bacon before then 'cause this tastes pretty close to the stuff I've had before... Disregard then, just trying to help! And turkey bacon is good, but at over $6 a pack, my recipe saves me money too (struggling student!)

Thanks so much everyone! I'll be sure to take measurements and will try for every other day, with brisk walking or some other form of activity on the off day - here's to hoping!

Weird that I saw this post - I've just been diagnosed with 'pernacious anemia' after I went to the doctor to get my thyroid checked (I've barely lost any weight and have been trying for SO long!). This form of anemia is due to my body not being able to absorb B12 from animal proteins and green leafy vegetables. So, I am…

I would up your calorie intake to about 1400-1500. I was on 1200 for a month and gained 3lbs. I have only lost one in a couple of weeks, but at least I'm not gaining! I really haven't started a regimented workout plan yet, but hope to soon. Also, stay away from the 'evil whites': bread, sugar, potatoes, flour, etc. I am…

Thank you so much! Instead of being way into the Obese category, I am slightly over the Overweight category. Also, on the LiveStrong site it states that if you're large-framed (I'm 6'5" and a wrist of 7.1"), you simply multiply your BMI by 0.9. Mine was 34.7 (Obese) and now it's 31.2 (Overweight) with this calculation.…

I'm in! This seems like a realistic goal - thanks for sharing!

I'm 5' 6.5", and have a fairly large frame but I am hoping to get to 165 at least. I am currently 215 and have never been this big in my life and can still squish into my 14 pants but have bought a couple pairs of 16s just to feel more comfortable. I vowed to myself not to stay in 14s for too long and it's become the norm…

I am actually over half way through my 90 day Challenge and have quit it and joined MFP instead, along with eating healthy and working out. I actually gained over 5lb with the shakes and was having one for breakfast, one for lunch and a healthy dinner with good snacks in between. I said "forget this" and am enjoying eating…

Hello! I have just joined MFP today and thought I'd check out the Success Stories to help give me some motivation - you sound just like me! I have been comfortable in size 12 trousers (pants here in Canada, lol) but over the past few years have started buying 14s and a few weeks ago, had to buy a 16 in order to feel…
