no the red dress doesnt let you really see what you have lost, but in plain clothes its quite obvious!! You look great!! keep it up before you know it clothes will just start falling off..

Well Good news to report! This week I measured myself and I have lost something everywhere AND!! The scale has moved too! I went from 199.2 to 195.2! I picked up jogging this week, as I am training for a 5k And I think that is what did it for me! I actually lost and inch around my belly, waist, and hips, and 1/2 of an inch…

yes ma'am.. I have that problem as well.. mostly on the treadmill.. Only at the beginning of my workout.. I keep thinking there is no way I can finish this workout... by the time I have been on the treadmill for 20 minutes.. Im all gun-ho... and ready to run a marathon..
