I looked at your diary, and yes, you are malnourished. if you are going to eat BARELY any food, you have to be sure it is 100% good nutritious food, ZERO junk like you are eating. I wish you luck and hope you don't pass out.

lard is pork! they used to use beef tallow but not any more.
-
yeah, it has some beef "extract" (whatever that is) in it for flavor. the oil itself is 100% vegetable. Zero lard (pork fat) and zero tallow (beef fat).
-
it's actually 100% vegetable oil. still not healthy! but no lard at all.

Never have, never will. Night owl for life.

three years is NOTHING!!! don't even think twice about it. seriously.

oh hell, my ENTIRE FAMILY is made up up of older women with younger men! my mom is 5 years older than my dad, and for us, that's nothing! younger men are awesome. and hot. :)

that is cool. BRING THEM HERE! cause right now I'm kinda embarrassed. I find that I often have to explain it, and people don't like my answer. my answer is: I didn't want to.
-
well, I wasn't feeling like a freak or anything, until now.

because it's permanent and you can't take it back. I LOVE ink. I decided I would only get a tat if I knew exactly what I wanted, and I knew I couldn't live without it. So far it's been nothing, but it could happen tomorrow.

*crickets* really??

I'm trying for oldest! 43 and never married. I don't know how you folks do it.

pilates was AMAZING for my abs, and I need to start doing it again. but I definitely agree with others that you shoudl do other stuff with it.
-

that is a great question. Have you talked to your doctor about it? if you have PCOS, there is a very good chance you have IR. What kind of doctor diagnosed you, and who is treating you?
-
NEVER use the treadmill numbers. They are notoriously inaccurate. Use the HRM.

all I can say is ... be kind to yourself. I understand feeling bad. But I have a rational little conversation with myself, explaining to myself that one blip isn't going to hurt in the big picture ... what hurts is bad HABITS. you are ok. you had a little blip, that's all!

you're my calf twin! same exact size, and I also have the upside down heart on my calves. I credit genetics (thanks Dad!) plus 25 years of working out. I get many compliments from women and men.
-
they can add an inch or so at the TOP of the boot, but for most of us, the problem is lower down. Ain't no fixing that. I get SO annoyed at shoe companies. I know SOOOO many women who want to buy boots and can't, because of their calves. The standard sizing is NOT average! good grief. My money is just as green as the…

15.5" of solid muscle! I get lots of compliments on my calves. But it is hard to find boots.

I was diagnosed 9 years ago. my treatment is exercise, low carb diet, and metformin. After just one month on metformin my periods were normal. I never tried to have kids so I don't know about fertility. I treat my PCOS for the sake of my future health.

I'm an oil painter, traditional. nice to meet you!

thank you all for the comments about VS. I have long thought their bras were garbage. Now I know why.

so hard to find a fitter who knows their sheet. Supposedly your band size is your ribcage measurement plus 5 inches. Uh no, wrong. That puts me in a 44, which I can put over my head. Eff the fitters! I'm in 36DDD, and it fits the way it's supposed to. no spillage, etc.

and I thought BLONDES were supposed to be intimidating. a girl can't win.
