Beer lover and homebrewer here. I feel you pain.

Utah is the home of a lot of Mormons, and the state is known for having restrictions on alcohol sales. But it doesn't have any dry counties. Texas has 29 completely dry counties. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_alcohol_laws_of_the_United_States_by_state

Boobs aren't muscles, so they can't be toned. you can tone up the muscles under them but it won't do much.
-
great, thanks!

I do love beer though, and I drink too much of it. Even though it fits in my daily calorie goals, I think it is keeping me on this plateau. so it has to go. :( :( Going to try to remember the lesson about cheese.
-
I thought I couldn't live without cheese, then I found out I'm severely lactose intolerate and cheese was making me sick. Turns out I can live without it just fine, especially since I feel a thousand times better! I think there is no such thing as something you can't live without.

Some fruits are lower sugar, especially fresh berries. from livestrong.com: Apple (sliced) Apricot (4 oz.) Blackberry Blueberry Boysenberry Cantaloupe Cherry (sour, sweet, 10 medium) Coconut meat (1 oz. or 1 cup shredded/grated, not packed) Coconut milk Currant (red, black, white) Elderberry Gooseberry Grape (10 medium)…

most flavored yogurts are sugar bombs! I support the idea of greek yogurt with your own flavorings added.

Tide Sports with Febreze seems to work pretty well.
-
oh, this hits close to home. I don't just like to drink beer, I also homebrew! I have definitely cut back, but I need to cut back more. so sad.

BOobs aren't made of muscle, there's no exercise that will help. I'd LOVE to have B cups. I *hate* my DDs. Try finding clothes that fit, especially athletic wear. good luck!

How is your weight loss going? if it's working for you, no need to change. By the way, you didn't mention those WW cookie dough desserts. ;) For on the go snacks, I try to eat low or no sugar foods, because I am insulin resistant. Hard boiled eggs, cheese and crackers, almonds, that kind of thing.

I'm sure your diet is mostly good, but IMO, granola bars and Fiber One brownies are junk with a little fiber, and a "healthy" label on it.
-
are you gonna die or drown? probably not. but why do that to yourself? why be a slave to the toilet? it's not necessary.
-
oh yeah, and more info here. I NEVER eat out, bring a bag lunch to work every day,I eat no refined sugar and almost no refined flour. I exercise an average of 1 hour a day, 6 days a week, have been doing so for over a decade. My net caloric intake is an average of 1500 cal. I have been losing about 2 pounds per month. I…

] nice to be you! on that diet I gained buttloads of pounds and was miserable.
-
well, I guess you are all getting exercise from having to run to the bathroom all the time! :)

Effexor saved my life. I tried other meds and they did not work as well. The withdrawal is awful, but for me it is worth it.
-
It's really not necessary to drink gallons of water every day. You're washing out electrolytes.
-
When I was eating high carb/low fat, I gained weight, was hungry all the time, and had bad blood work. On low carb, I lose weight, feel fantastic, and my blood work is so good my doctor often sends it back to get it redone. For SOME people, cutting back on carbs is the best way to go.

They work by deliberately destabilizing your natural gait, which IMO means you are just asking for injuries. Plus, there is zero evidence that they work. I'd save your money.
-
water retention shouldn't completely halt your weight loss. That said, I peeked at your diary, and you are actually eating a lot of high sodium foods. Mostly takeout and prepared foods like ramen. There's plenty of sodium you can eliminate.
-
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you are eating too many carbs. THose are pricey cereals too. You can do much better nutritionally for equal or less money.
-
Sodium is not going to kill you. You need some in your diet to live. and you need more if you are sweating a lot. And honestly, the way MFP encourages people to guzzle water beyond what is needed, many folks are probably not getting enough sodium. The only people who need to worry about sodium are those with medical issues…

it's hard to say without knowing more details. Oatmeal or Captain Crunch? for what it's worth, if you are short on cash, box cereal is one of the more expensive things you can eat, considering the ingredients. There are far cheaper carbs out there, basically anything you can buy by the pound at the whole foods store or…

I'm just wondering when the thread will get locked.

Can't speak for the OP, but my electrolysis treatments were $75 an hour. I did (wait for it) about 150 hours. the time needed depends on the severity of the problem. Wish I could get laser, which would have been cheaper for me. However, laser doesn't work on red hair.

I had not heard of this, but I researched a little online, and it seems to be backed up by real clinical research. Something new to try!

Also from Livestrong.com, some high sugar fruits are: nectarines mangoes jackfruit peaches cantaloupe, apricots bananas Also, note that dried fruits are *extremely* high in sugar. Read more: http://www.livestrong.com/article/293125-sucrose-levels-in-fruit/#ixzz1owbEh3uH

As others have said, it can harm the body if you eat too much of it, like any other food. Most nutritionists would not tell you to eat *unlimited* fruit. For folks who are Type 2 diabetic or insulin resistant, it is important to choose lower sugar fruit and/or restrict the quantity that you eat every day. And I have known…
