  • You have a 3 year old that you can raise to be active just like you. You can invest in a jogging stroller, a bike trailer...etc. If you are feeling lonely because you are working out along...ask a neighbor/friend to join you. If you husband is supportive of what you are doing there will come a time that he will join you. I…
  • Love this...with grilling season approaching we normally have potatoes grilled in foil and load with butter. Now we will be using cooking spray!
  • I am 28 very close to 29, and 5' 7". I have a small frame, The lowest weight I have ever been was 125 (size 6) in high school. When I started on here I weighed 150ish and was pushing size 12. Now I am 135 and I am a size 6. After 3 kids I didn't think I would ever be this size again and yet I could lose more fat that I…
  • I am not a member of any military family. One of my best friends husband just finished his special forces training and they leave for their new home in less than a month (across seas). All I can say is to all of you is THANK YOU! The job you all signed up for the work that the family members do to keep things together…
  • I love all Cheerios, plain, multi-grain, honey nut, peanut butter. Yep I eat them all! I love the multi-grain and the PB dry. I eat them as a morning snack.
  • I'd love to join in on this challenge! I am training for my first race ever (a half marathon) and I have troubles pushing myself to finish my long runs. Let me know!!!
  • This is EXACTLY my problem. So much so that I was telling my husband last night that I could eat a huge meal at lunch and eat continuously from lunch until I leave for home. What I have had to do is bring my own snacks from home. Ones that I know are lower in calories that can help this horrible habit that I can't stop.…
  • When I get that way I grab a Gatorade or powerade (the ones with less calories) They help with hunger and with post workout recovery.
  • Nope I didn't, still don't after doing ripped in 30. Wish I did. But I have a not so nice layer of fat over my belly. :grumble: Maybe once I burn the rest of the fat it will show through.
  • BA hahaha! That is hilarious! Thanks for the laugh!!
  • Honestly, I'd probably save up as much money as I could and join a Missionary group and travel the world. If I couldn't find that one true love then I'd want to at least make myself happy, making others happy. If I could go around the world and build houses, furniture, show people how to grow gardens, clean their water,…
  • The book New Rules of Lifting for Women! It was where I started! It is Quick, easy and works! I started by checking it out at the library...I am going to be purchasing it soon!
  • I am close to my goal weight and don't have any rewards planned. BUT!!!!! My husband who is also working on becoming a healthier person thinks he is going to take us BOTH ski diving when he reaches HIS goal. He is 20 pounds away and I have never had any desire to ski dive. I keep telling him that I am not going to do this…
  • I have one of those co-workers. He isn't as bad as yours but he thinks he knows why water is wet. We will keep you going in the right direction..he can keep his burger king and unhealthy ways.
  • We had a similar incident happen to our daughter. She is in 4th grade. The boy actually did physically hurt her. My daughter attends the small parochial school in town and the boy attends the public school. He took her hat and threw it across the bus and then pushed her head against the school bus hard enough to cause…
  • I am in the process of switching from losing to maintaining and I am having a hard time with the calories increasing as well. I am going to slowly increase my calories. I had my settings at losing 1.5lbs/week and now I switched it .5 for this week. I am going to see what that does as far as my weight and then hopefully…
  • Way to go. I wish I had that plan. I came home from church and sat my butt down. You just gave me motivation for next week. I will choose to make an exercise plan B! Thank you! I needed this today!
  • Bump - I am interested in this
  • Awesome work! You look great! I hope you see it, because you really do look great.
  • When you're pregnant, your lung capacity increases so you can take in extra oxygen for yourself and the baby. So yes it is highly likely.
  • I am trying to lose 8-10 (10 tops) I am 5'7" and I weigh 135. I know that seems like an ideal weight but I have been down to 125 and was skinny fat. After having 3 kids I'd love to even stay where I am and get rid of the fat. I am working hard but it is a long road. If anyone wants to friend me, I am looking for support as…
  • I started at 150 and I am 5'7", 29yo, I too lost right away and was stuck for almost 3 weeks. I eat around 1200 calories each day and eat about half of my exercise calories back. This is what I would say as I am now down to about 133...you are close to your goal and the last 10-15 pounds are the hardest to lose! I can say…
  • Make sure you didn't put it as gain 2lbs per week and you have it set as lose 2lbs per week. That is my guess...
  • Exactly...
  • Nope, we love enchilladas at our house so we each get 2. So we made 18.
  • When I enter in the serving size I determine how many I could feed. I.E. we made enchilladas the other day and we made enough to feed 9 so that would be the serving size. Or when we make Tator Tot Hotdish (we make it in a 9x9) it makes enough for about 6 and so that is the serving size. Hope that helps...
  • Way to go. I lost 7lbs in two weeks when I started and didn't lose again for almost a month. 27lbs! That is awesome!
  • Thank you! I'll be on the lookout.
  • Anyone....Bueller....Bueller....Bueller
