I felt really good running the whole way. I ran in town (small town) and there wasn't a lot of breeze so it got a little warm but not bad. Now to hydrate! Thanks for the input everyone!

I suggest sharing services with a friend. Get a friend to come over 3 times a week to workout with you. It will keep you motivated to workout and keep a clean house. :smiley:

I do actual time lifting. I haven't upgraded to a lot of free weights yet (newbie here!) so I am moving from machine to machine and moving a few weights when doing squats and some doing barbell exercises. When I am in the gym for 50 minutes I log it as actually lifting for about 30 minutes.

Nice work! You are definitely on the right track! As they all said you won't get bulky by lifting on a deficit. So keep adding weights! You'll love the results even more!
