Congratulations!! Hard to want to rock a Bikini when living in MN, it seems like we only get 3-4 weeks of bikini season sometimes! Way to go! I am working on getting swimsuit ready right now. I don't know if I could wear a bikini ever again after my 4 kids! I am a bit jealous of that!! Add me if you'd like! MN mom…

WOW! This is such a great post! I can't wait to see your next 90 day progress picture! This is awesome!

Just a suggestion: eat things that are full of good nutrients and calories but are small portions. i.e. peanuts, cashews, almonds, peanut butter, eggs, whole milk, brown rice. These things you don't have to eat much, it is healthy and high in calories.

105 pounds down! You are doing great! Keep it up! MFP is a great support system!

You can see the progression of your happiness in the pictures! I think those transformations are my favorite. You can see the physical change easily but when you can see a change in the way they feel and how they look at life it means even more! Congratulations on many changes!

This woman is such an inspiration! Seriously you have fought hard for each pound shed! You go girl! So happy you put your story up here!

5' 7" (maybe 5' 6.75" I haven't been measured in a long time I could be shrinking with age  ) 127 (average) I wear size 5-6 but I think I could squeeze into a 4 if I tried. I try not to dwell on clothing size because I have 3 daughters. I am trying to not worry about size but being healthy with them. We are focusing…

Why I don't lift is I am unsure of many things. What routine do I use? What weight should I start at? I don't want people to see me fail when I am lifting. **My goal for the next year is to incorporate lifting into my daily routine.

Nice! Keep it going!!!

My favorite are ginger creams and ritz peanut butter sandwich dipped in chocolate!

This is awesome! Congratulations!!

I am 5'7" my goal is 125. But ultimately I'd like to be 130 and a size smaller. (lift weights to gain and lose at the same time) Keep in mind that my body type is like a board. I have ZERO curves.
-
Great job!!! Keep it up!

Nice work!! Your transformation is awesome! Please give details on how you accomplished this!! It looks like a great story to tell and motivate others!!

My heaviest post pregnancy weight was about 165. When I started back again with MFP I was about 145 at a size 10 or 12. I am currently weighing between 127 and 130. My goal is 125 but I am interested in lifting and I think then I won't worry about the scale and worry more about inches gained/lost. I am 5'7" and I wear a…

That is what we are all here for!! CONGRATS!!! I remember reaching my first goal of 20lbs...that was like walking on clouds. I am sure my co-workers thought I was crazy that day. I walked around with the biggest smile on my face!

That is a great loss! Way to go!

This is great! I too feel like I'll be logging forever. Hopefully someday I'll be able to not log every single bite.
-
Congratulations! You look great! Keep up the fight!

I am from MN as well! I struggle with wanting to move from my couch when it is cold. I love snuggling with a blanket and a book. My goal is to do early morning workouts! We'll see if I can do it! I like walking on my lunch break but skipped it today because it was too windy...and there were signs of white flurries.…

You can lose 10lbs by the end of October! Don't give up even when you feel like nothing is working this is a marathon not a sprint. I need to remind my self of that ALL the time! Hang in there!

I haven't experience the Whole 30 diet but my sister-in-law did it. (She didn't do it for weight loss purposes.) She found out she was lactose intolerant and that certain foods react with her body in a bad way. Like if she eats certain processed foods she goes numb around her body. So I have thought about trying it just to…

Good luck! Don't give up. I have been on this route too many times. This time is the first time I decided it was for good. There's no going back to my fat clothes. Also remember this is a long distance race not a sprint. I forget that ever 2 or 3 months and need to be reminded that I can't do this overnight!

My scale at home (new) tells me that I am 3 lbs lighter than the one at work! So, I would recommend always using the same scale in the same location at the same time of day. That is the best way to be sure of the changes your body is making!
