9/20 - 222.0 - Back down to my lowest! Let's see if I can hold it. I went to the gym for 30min cardio today and did minimal effort. I wasn't feeling 100% so am glad I at least went. Tomorrow will be better and I will push harder!
9/21 - 221.4!! Woohoo! I didnt make it to the gym today as I was doing errands with my husband on his day off then had to watch the baby while he did house stuff. I don't feel guilty about it so it's ok. I am waiting to hear if i have arrangements for a babysitter tomorrow so i can go to the gym. Otherwise I will be playing baseball tomorrow night so I will burn some calories then! I ate under calories as I skipped breakfast due to catching up on sleep and sleeping until noon. Overall a good day!
9/23 220.0!!! Still going down! I have not found anyone to watch my son while I go to the gym so we are going to go for a nice long walk today. I didn't sleep so well last night so hoping to have a little nap first (when baby naps) and then head out. Looking forward to baseball tonight! And hoping the scale is in the 1s!!!!

I'm in again! Keeping my goal for this round on the lower side. I've been having some medical issues that have been keeping me from the gym, but for the most part I've been staying under my calorie goal.

9/20 - 223.8 - still moving in the right direction; finally got to the gym last night; hoping to be as consistent as possible with that over these 10 days as I've been taking a lot of breaks for various reasons beyond my control (and it was HARD last night)
9/21- 224.6 - not surprised. Yesterday was my birthday and we had a big sushi dinner and I had an extra piece of cake. Plus I only ran two miles instead of three as my birthday present to myself. SO got me a ukulele which I am THRILLED about! Lots of water today to counteract the sodium from the sushi/soy sauce.
9/22 - 224.6 - holding steady. Can't seem to bring myself back up to 3 miles. Feeling a little down. Water wasn't great yesterday but going to try to do better today.

Number of perfect days in a row: 5 (Had three perfect days before the start the challenge.)
To make it a perfect day for me:
1. Exercise. Got to get at least 20 minutes
2. Log my food. Doesn't have to be <daily MFP calorie goal. But I need to log it!
3. No Sugary Foods
4. No Alcohol
5. No Boxed Cereal.
+ 9/20: 155- Exercise is going to be the hardest part for today. I slept in this morning; my lunch was filled with a work project and this evening will probably be filled with kids activities. Got in a workout last night after work. So it was a "perfect day" after all.
+ 9/21: 153.5- Missed the morning workout again. Need to figure out a better way to be successful. Wine night or exercise and 5 days of perfection? Family and a bit of exercise. Rode the bike to the parade with the boy. Not a sweaty workout. But I got out and moved. I'm calling it a success.
9/22: 154.5- Dry roasted peanuts and walnuts last night before bed. I'm sure the sodium is the culprit for the additional pound. That and I need to... nevermind. Worked out this morning on the elliptical. Planning on a lunchtime walk. Day is set up for success.

9/21 - 184.5 - Just starting TOM and have been eating like crap! I have to go grocery shopping so I have better food to eat and I also need to plan my meals better.
9/22 - 184 - I'm surprised since i still feel heavy. Lots of water today and eating good. Hopefully the scale will show more water loss tomorrow!

I'm back! I've been a part of this group for so long now that posting is just an automatic response because it's truly a part of my daily routine. I'm so appreciative of all the support and encouragement along my journey. I am starting this Round down 4 oz from my last round. If I could just get to 174 this Round, I'd be happy.

09/20: 174.6 So, Mom is getting released from rehab on Saturday. I fell off a table at work yesterday because I was hanging up some anchor charts and landed on a concrete floor. I know, I should have used a stool. I was pretty sore yesterday, but I am better today except for my finger. I jammed it when trying to catch myself.
09/21: 174.4 This is the 4th time I've seen this number. I have yet to get any lower than this or to have my BIG WHOOSH! It's been 2 weeks. It's only a matter of time, right?! The tortoise beat the hare.
09/22: 174! I hit my 4 oz!!!! I've officially lost 28lbs. I'm so behind thrilled. Now, I just want to lose 2 more pounds, and that will put me at a 30 lb loss and the same weight as my teenage son, who happens to be 7 inches taller than me.

9/20 - 160.7 I tried Chefs Plate for the first time last night (promo rate) had Chicken Romanesco Bucatini. It was a lot of calories 870!! It was tasty and large I planned for it AND I lost some lbs.... Hmmm. Hit just over my step goal. I think I need to walk before dinner instead of after as it is getting darker and colder out!! Looking for some 5's now.
9/21 - 159.7 Here comes those 5's. Walked 12,400 steps, hit calorie goal. Still need to figure out an evening workout plan. Hope these 5's stick around for awhile.
9/22 - 160.4 Looks like 5's are a fighter. 13,982 steps hit calorie goal was under near the end of the night and had some protein, maybe I miss calculated. Or its just a bounce!! Happy Friday everyone. No real weekend plans yet I'm hoping the weather holds can have a nice walk and clean the house some!!

@Moni2027 I agree. You have already set 3 goals for this challenge. Water, exercise, and logging.
@rtls Walking at Costco or anywhere else counts. I just wish my Garmin would track those steps. I need to wear it on my ankle instead of my wrist!

@brittanydashnay Don't know how old your baby is but I have a cousin who tied her baby to her front and did her workout that way. Lots of w/o videos on you tube so you can do them while baby naps or plays. Her baby is now over a year and plays in front of mom while mom works out.

9/21 156 UGH! Pizza for dinner at community bingo last night. I only ate the toppings off one slice of veggie and had taken a healthy salad from home. One SF adult beverage but overall maybe not enough fat or perhaps this is the salt.
9/22 156. I ate dinner too late! Almost 9 PM!! This afternoon I go to my retreat and will be without a scale until I get home late Sunday. I will have a lot of catching up to do! Next weigh in on Monday! AARRGGGHHH

9/20 125.8 -weight crept back up after last weeks several day low at the 122s. I did kickboxing last night. Went over calories by 200 calories.
9/21 127.3 - very frustrated. I did a legs day and a whole body workout yesterday. I was over calories due to the holiday, but not 2 lbs worth. Not sure why my weight keeps creeping up despite increased workouts and watching my calorie intake.
9/22 125.1 - weight went down a bit. Ate within calories. Did a HIIT class and kickboxing.

@HeidiCooksSupper -I doubt the increase is muscle gain. I have plenty of fat to loss before my weight increases from net muscle gain.9 -

Hello again everyone! Yesterday was a pretty okay day - last and busiest day of the school week, so I was too exhausted to get in any workouts besides running around campus, but that still worked out to be pretty significant - especially since I was too tired to even eat; I had to rely on dessert to get me up above the lower limit of my target range. Also, just by chance, I did meet a new possible running buddy in one of my classes - we had a group assignment, my pre-wedding fitness plans came up, and after a bit of discussion we ended up tentatively agreeing to do a blacklight run together in December!
Feeling a lot better after getting to sleep in, though! The plan for today is to go to the regular gym, take my car in for an oil change, go to the climbing gym, and do some cleaning. I'll be starting on that in juuuust a few minutes here.

9/22 - 211.4 - pretty sharp fluctuation there, and judging by the body composition analysis on my scale it may be partially because I'm slightly dehydrated...which makes sense after being too tired to eat properly yesterday. 9/20: 157 /Getting closer to my lowest weight from the last round (156.2). I fit the catered Chipotle I had at work yesterday into my calories. I now make it a habit to ask what we will be eating on late nights so I can plan it into my calories so I don't have to bring my own food while everyone else is eating catered food. This is now two days in a row that I didn't go to the gym. I was so exhausted. I have to go tomorrow!
9/21: 156.8 /Continuing the downward trend, though it's going very slowly. I have today and tomorrow off so hopefully I can stay on track...it's harder on non-work days!
9/22: 156.4 /This is still higher than my lowest weight in R16 (156.2). I feel so impatient but I'm going to keep chugging along. I can't wait to see 155.xx. Ate out for lunch and dinner but relatively healthy and within calories. Did weights and curcuit training exercises. Off to go swimming now.
