So what you are saying is fitness trackers calorie burns are not even close to accurate? For day to day activity as well as cardio, or just cardio?

Well the way I see it, taking an average or relying on a device to calculate for me is more accurate than me currently guessing "I guess I didn't work as hard at Zumba today so I'll just guess I burned 300 calories instead of my usual high burn" it doesn't have to be a perfect count but at least ill be in the right range…

In the past I would take heart rate and plug into a formula that included v02 max, to get a burn. So as long as I have a heart rate count I'll be satisfied

I am just going to try and keep under my daily calorie goal on here and pay more attention to my macro nutrients, no real food plan per se but I have a lot of junk I will easily cut out

I heard that all it does is "shrink" the fat, and then once you stop taking it, it un-shrinks again so its a waste. Of course I've never tried it myself, but I wouldn't bother.

I'm currently on day 12. I got impatient on day 7 and tried to weigh myself and take measurements but ended up disappointed. I did it again at day 10 and found I had lost an inch in my thighs, and a little off my hips. I'm also taking pictures every 10 days to do a side by side comparison because its hard to notice any…

you can do this!! The first 4-5 days of 30DS are the worst as you feel like you're going to die from the soreness. But trust me if you make it past the 5 day mark the pain goes away, and you will be in awe what you can accomplish!

Starting Jan 1st we'll be weighing on through a spreadsheet! Just because it starts January 1st doesn't mean your off the hook till then, every day counts towards those goals! Join us! Still need more 30DS buddies. I'm on day 12 now, but plan on doing it for a total of 60 days.

I've tried the scorcho, for some reason I just don't care for the flavor like I do the inferno. Although I haven't tried it on the avocado, so maybe I should do that and see if it has the same effect. It isn't very macro friendly. I'm glad I work at In N Out now instead of Taco Bell as that wasn't very macro friendly…

Congrats, you look wonderful!! I use a bodymedia armband. Not sure how different it is from fitbit, but its very accurate. Even with doing Zumba, and 30DS. Its awesome knowing just how much I can eat a day!
