I know what you mean! I've never been a sugar person till the past 2 months where i found my self eating more than a tray cookies in a day. I need to work on this issue coz i realize i may have been this weight before but i don't remember looking this horrible.

wow! congrats in your weight loss success. You look amazing, i would have never guessed you are a mother of 4. I just had my first baby in 8/30/11 and i was depressed with my slow weight loss 165-154 lbs. reading your story just inspires me to be patient and to keep going.

Jst got done with L2D1. I found it to be extremely difficult but i kept telling myself its only for 20min, once i got done i was surprised that my exhaustion disappeared after the cool down. Lets c how it goes for the next couple of day. BTW- How are you guys doing with your workout? I Hope everyone is still in this till…

check in i wish i did my workouts in the morning as things always come up later in the day am still not eating anything after 8pm except for fruits am fine with 1 granola a day lets me have fruits the other times i need to snack water intake is being tracked thus so far so good

just got done with my workout, i dont feel good since i injured one of my knees but am pushing through it. I dont have weights at home but i try to make up for it at the gym. 29 more days to go!!!!

hey guys i hope its not too late to join this group, i started 30ds last monday but i haven't been able to do it for the past 4days thus restarting the program again by tomorrow. Hopefully i can keep up with the workout and be done by 12/07.

1. continue with 30ds 2. no heavy meal after 8pm 3.eat 2 fruits/day and snack on granola once/day 4. keep track of water intake, i think sometimes i dont get enough and confuse it for hunger

Sorry to hear that you can't commit to the 30 ds schedule, as you said to get in a workout 3X a week has been hard but not impossible. so any time of the week you are able to get in workout go for it. AM sure you can get through whatever challenge comes by. good luck

Wow what a lovely saturday. Am glad i took this challenge, didn't think i had it in me to accomplish my goals. i did wat i set out to do (for the most part) can't wait to set up new goals for the new week
