  • I would love to be in this challenge. after seeing numerous success stories i am definately getting the dvd tomorrow plus its nice to know that i wont be on this journey alone.   • i usually get bored doing exercise all by myself so i attend group fitness classes. you get to know people and get a workout as well. if you prefer to workout all by yourself try to change things up every now n then. goodluck
