Cucumbers!! Their very filling because they contain alot of water. Also lots & lots of water, gum and a zero calorie monster drink. Those will do the trick. Good luck!

I purchased a Fitbit a few weeks ago and it suxed! Returned it and got the Bodymedia. It's 90% accurate and always works. No messing with a fitbit. You should look into it.

Here are mine. Neck: 13" Waist: 38" Hips: 44 1/4" Arms: 12" (around bicep, not flexed) Thighs: 23 3/4" I only measure every 3-4 weeks. Good luck everyone!

i have been having the same problem but its more severe like very very dizzy and very lightheaded i notice that if i dont eat any breakfast its 10x worst like yest and today. not sure why tho

Hi There! what i do is i buy me a bag of sausage & jalepeno kolaches (frozen) and eat one for breakfast i usually wait till about 9 or so , so it could hold me over till lunch these have 190cal each and they always fill me up.
