I also overhand hook grip until weight becomes a factor. Once it gets too heavy for my grip I go mixed, alternating between sets.

OOOOH! Could you please share your underarm wing fat burning routine? I'm sure so many would be interested in that since you just said that spot fat reducing is not possible. I'm curious, which bit is not up for debate? Or was the fact that you had a personal trainer not up for debate?

If you truly want to kick the craving you have to stop eating them for a good while. If you just want to limit them, work it into your weekly or daily calorie allowance. Personally, I had to stop altogether because the cravings were controlling me. Now, I control the sweets.

If your butt is mostly fat and you lose weight WITHOUT lifting weights..... YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BUTT! However, if you lift while you lose, you WILL keep, or possibly create a nice round booty that everyone will look at and probably want to touch.

34 reps Rx. My kip sucks on T2B, so I had some wasted time. So bummed I didn't get tose last two reps to finish the third round. I'm relatively happy with that score considering two days ago I could not turn my head due to neck/shoulder injury. I'll take it!

What would be the point of quitting? Increase cals and add weight lifting. If you haven't been eating a surplus of cals, then you have not actually gained fat. It's most likely water. Completed 13.2 on Friday and was *kinda* disappointed with my 204 reps @ Rx. Was hoping for closer to 220.... I did have a very heavy workout on Wednesday that pretty much destroyed both my shoulders and legs, but c'est la vie! On to 13.3!!!

My box also pushes Zone. I love it, though with the help of my coach I have modified my Paleo/Zone plan quite a bit. I eat way more fat blocks and far fewer carb blocks. I was dying with the recommended carb amounts. It was just not physically possible to eat all of those carbs.

Hahahaha! I can only speak for myself, I feel confident no matter who I'm around AND I love tall women, especially for pillow fighting. 5' tall and I started in the 140's I think, or close to it. I'm 113ish now with 16% body fat.
