I just want to say that "stretching" exercises like yoga and Pilates WILL NEVER change the shape of your muscles. EVER. Either you have long muscles or not. It's genetic and you can't do anything about it.

My advice: do not neglect mobility work. It's freaking important for avoiding injury and getting the most from your WOD's. It will also make you happier bc you are less sore/tight. And it feels good.
