Okay, so I haven't posted here since the beginning of the month. I sprained the heck out of my ankle and it took a bit to heal. Life gets in the way. But, I just added all of my miles walked/jogged this month, and my total is 55.66. My goal was 60. Is this group continuing or another one starting?

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 150. I'm currently 188, down 105 lbs so far. I'm a curvy girl with a larger frame, anything below 145 and I look ill and have zero energy, so I figured a healthy, muscular, toned 150 would work just fine and dandy. Then, to maintain... ;-)

Congrats. It feels good to hit that 1-0-0. I'm at 101 gone and still have about..43 more to go. Still a ways, but a heck of a lot easier to digest than needing to lose 144 lbs!!! You look great, I know you feel great. Good for you.

Thanks for letting me join. I'd like to move 50 miles this month. It's not as big of a number as previous times I've done challenges, but I'm doing a fitness bootcamp that focuses more on calisthenics/circuit training rather than quantifiable distance. I'm still jogging 2x/wk and probably hit the gym at least once a week…

I do microwave frittatas, same idea. I started doing them when I was doing South Beach dieting, and it's stuck with me far beyond that. They're easy, super fast, and super delicious. I've lost 76 lbs, and I've made this comparison before.. my son is about to be 7 and weighs 44 lbs, I've lost like..him and a half! I jokingly make the reference that I'm working this extra b**ch off me.. ;-) Not room for 2, just for 1!!!!! Awesome job.
