Nifty thought, but for me.. too much sugar, nothing in the way of protein, and then there's the bread. Now, tempeh or veggie mix maybe.. but not just the carrot. Even if it was/is tasty. Just my humble opinion though.

I agree with you. I made mine public right off the bat. That's a huge tool that I use on here, and when I started paying better attention, was when I noticed the amt of sodium and sugar. Yikes!

I usually fall short on my quest to get 90g of protein/day. I figure if I can get at least 2/3 of it.. I'm doing durn good.
