Fitness trackers may overestimate your calorie burn from exercise. Many on MFP advise only eating a portion of those exercise calories back to be on the cautious side until you see how it impacts your rate of loss.

Portion containers didn't work well for me, so I weigh everything. I bought my scales from Amazon and they were $10 each. I have one for work and one for home.

Well, I am attempting to crochet...but my "scarves" end up looking scalloped because the rows are all crooked and uneven...I'm ready to throw in the towel!! :ohwell:
