My NSV, my eating habits for two weeks. Set my mind to it and have diligently keep to higher ratio veggies/fruit vs meat. And I Cut Out 99% bread. Occasional bun if eating out, luckily only four times. And can't resist - Scale Victory too.

Indulged at my niece's bridal shower (brunch) - so many yummy foods. Knew I ate my allowance there, Didn't even feel the hunger for a lunch or Supper. In the past would have eaten lunch and dinner for sure, whether hungry or not.

homemade broule (sp?) bread, a refrigerator dough - I just pull a hunk off the mix and form it and let it rise and bake it. Yummy chewy/crusty bread with butter and jam.

I had calories left and had planned on jelly beans as a treat during the day - didn't feel the need for them, removed them from my food log. I also didn't feel the crave for the mini cup cakes (just a little crave) lemon, chocolate, or carrot at work tody, they looked good. I just didn't need them. Amazing for me.

I'm home alone, husband took kids on an outing. I was dreaming of the peanut m&ms I have hidden in my room (so my kids don't eat them all). Got on MFP and entered my supper and just over my allowance and knew to stay on track ---NO m&ms for me today. Still thinking of them, but not gonna eat them!

I anticipated my supper - so missed breakfast, had tilapia and quinoa for lunch, and my supper - gorged on homemade beef veggie stew and homemade bread and butter. My stomach still aches a little, but was within my cals today and supper was very yummy.

I agree with; order one pizza from the healthier section. reduce the cheese or the thin crust versions. If they're friends they should want to help you. Or I will also eat lighter for 1st half of the day to accommodate the evening.

Tonight, after logging in my food, I'm over a little bit. I am wondering the house - wanting? food. Instead of a bagel and cream cheese or Christmas candy - I went to the frig and ate couple baby carrots and snap peas, Wow, that is not typical me. Better get to bed before I eat something I shouldn't today.

I love seeing all the photos. I don't have any of my Twilla, 15.2h quarter horse, on this computer. My one and only horse got her when I was 15 and she passed away when I was 38yrs old. Oh I miss her so much. I lost her to cancer. I dream of another horse someday. Maybe when kids are older and we find some country land???…
