I say, as long as you arent eating out ALL the time, enjoy yourself for the night! This is how people that don't need to lose weight do it. You just cant make it a regular habit.

I'm 5'10 and my ideal weight is 155-165lbs. I loved my body at that weight.

I dieted and got down to 149 i am 5'10. When i got that low I looked really skinny. Even the bones on my chest were showing. It was not attractive. I felt and looked much better at about 155-165.
