Hey. Congrats on your surgery! I just had mine on 4/16. I have been happy with my progress so far, and have found it easier to track my calories since getting the App for this site. I would love to hear how things have been for you since you are a few weeks ahead of me. ~Meaghan

One that I like to make that is really easy and not terribly unhealthy: Frozen Chicken Breasts Canned Black Beans, rinsed Salsa Frozen or canned corn Cook on low 5 hours. Place a brick of cream cheese (low or nonfat) on top and let cook another 30 mins. The chicken turns out really tender and makes great leftovers.

I just started a week ago tracking calories. So far I haven't exercised as I was more focused getting my eating habits under control. Planning on walking, elliptical, and some strength training. Feel free to add me!
