Thank you so much for all of the support & helpful suggestions. I really don't want to give up, I just don't understand why my body isn't "happier" with me for taking 65 lbs off it's frame. Okay, I am up 1.8 lbs this week. I could blame TOM (which I'm sure didn't help matters). However, it's mainly due to my poor food choices 3 days last week & one day of E.W.I.
