  • Was it a yeast donut or a cake donut? Start from there and you can eliminate 1/2 the possibilities. When in doubt, have a little scroll through the available donuts and choose one on the high side calorie wise. It doesn't need to be perfect. You get more points for being honest than you do perfect in this weightloss game.
  • Try asking YOUR doctor. We run into this from time to time with our little old people (I work in ICU). They come in with failure to thrive and anorexia (not anorexia nervosa) and we have to supplement them. But they frequently don't do well on the the lactose heavy supplements because they cause... lets just call it fast…
  • There is a reason that MFP sets its minimum calorie count for women at 1200. Now, there may be any number of reasons why she isn't losing weight, but you haven't really given enough information. Can you give her height, weight (starting, current, goal), age, etc? Just anything that might give insight into her situation…
