Hi, I have pcos and I recently went to see a dietician who said that it is best to eat things that are low in Gi, also to eat smaller portions but more often. It will come off eventually, it does take a lot longer though and exercise is also one of the main things! Hope this helps a bit.

Hey there, I have PCOS and have recently seen a dietician so can share the advice that she gave me if anyone would like me to. It would also be nice to have friends on here that are going through the same sort of things and understand that it will take longer for the weight to come off. Feel free to add me.
